November has arrived along with a chill in the air. Baseball’s World Series will crown a new champion in the next few days. Football teams are starting their stretch drive to make playoffs or bowl games. College basketball will be starting soon.
I am looking forward to Thanksgiving as it is a time to reflect on what we are thankful for and to spend time with family and friends. It is also a time when we can explore all the different ways to use leftover turkey.
As November arrives it is also a time to plan for the Winter shutdown maintenance and repair on your injection mold tools. The break will give you some time to refurbish tools that are not producing good parts as they once did. Whether it is heaters, thermocouples, springs or seal rings, FISA has complete inventory on all standard components for the hot runner nozzles in stock in Tullahoma, TN. and can ship same day if we receive an order by 2:00 Central Time.
We also offer a refurbishment service. Send us your nozzles that are giving you problems. We will clean, evaluate and replace worn or out of spec parts, then return it to you in optimum condition in a 1-week turnaround.
