June 2021

It is hard to believe its June already.  Everyone is telling us the 17-year Cicada choir will be visiting us this summer. Many people are starting to plan for a summer vacation since we have been mostly home bound for a while.  We can re-visit beaches, go camping or sight-seeing.  The important part is to enjoy family activities, grilling out, playing outdoor games with the kids.  Most of you will be enjoying the summer shutdown.

That is except the tool maintenance engineers, they will be in the tool rooms repairing the tools, moving or installing equipment, and or completing Kaizan projects.  Now is an opportune time to check your stock of parts needed to complete these tool repairs.

FISA has a complete inventory of standard parts so we can ship any needed parts to you.  Check the tool crib shelves for on hand inventories of springs, ring or cartridge heaters, and piston assemblies.   Send me a list of needed items, I will send you a quote and we will ship 1-day ARO so you will have everything needed to complete your tool repair, rebuild projects during shutdown.

Keep in mind FISA will be closed on Monday, 5-July, to celebrate Independence Day.

Contact me with any questions or requests.

Until next month, be safe, enjoy the fireworks, and have a smooth post shutdown start up
